Property developer Speedwell has kicked off the construction of Building 2, part of the first phase of residential complex THE IVY located in Băneasa, northern Bucharest.
The first phase will comprise 228 apartments and more than 75% of the residential units in the first building have been sold already.
THE IVY complex will have ten buildings in total with 800 units, including studios, 2, 3, 4-room apartments and penthouses.
The complex is part of a mixed-use setup if combined with MIRO, the A class office project located nearby.
Designed for a modern lifestyle, the residential project offers facilities such as a restaurant, kindergarten, fitness centre with pool, and proximity shop.
