Real estate developer Speedwell has completed the first building of Triama Residence project in Bucharest, comprising 66 apartments that were fully sold before the delivery date.
The residential complex consists of three buildings with studios, 2 and 3-room apartments located near the National Area stadium in Bucharest.
“Respecting deadlines is mandatory in real estate development, both when it comes to our partners and clients,” said Didier Balcaen, CEO and Co-Founder Speedwell.
At present, Speedwell has kicked of the sale and construction for the second phase of the project.
The company’s development portfolio includes office, residential and mixed-use projects in several Romanian cities. The developer has recently completed the office component of its multifunctional project in Cluj-Napoca.
