Real Estate Investment and Port Shipping & Engineering, a group of companies operating in the field of civil and industrial construction, are jointly investing €10 million in a new residential project in Constanța.
The construction works started last autumn and the project will be delivered in June 2022, according to company representatives.
The complex Marina Blu will feature 87 holiday apartments located the center of Mamaia Black Sea resort, near two luxury hotels.
The project targets investors as well as families looking for a seaside holiday apartment, according to the exclusive agent of Marina Blu.
In recent years, Mamaia has attracted a series of property investments in the premium and luxury segment as the resort is very popular among local and foreign affluent tourists.
