After the building use approval for the first stage at the end of last year, the new Bratislava district Vydrica is gradually filling with new residents. 17 retail premises out of 19 are also already leased.

In addition to already-known gastro concepts, the offer includes a cafe and cultural and social space OST BLOCK, Bistro Bratislava Burger and wine bar Vydrinko, the Slovak producer of nutritional supplements Voxberg, a barber and a yoga and pilates studio. The retail mix will also be complemented by the Rai Internacional car showroom, which will occupy space on the ground floor of the VYDRICA Offices.

"From the beginning, we intended to create a lively street with a varied offer for different groups of customers. At the same time, we wanted the well-known concepts to bring something new to Vydrica, which would reflect the character of the location. This is what unites the already announced brands Bistronomy, Ristorante Italiano da Cono, YEME foods and KRUH bakery, but also Love Them Space from the influencer and entrepreneur Yak.shu," says Juraj Ťahún, Sales Director at Lucron.

The first stage of the Vydrica project has so far delivered 207 apartments and 257 parking spaces, a third of which are pre-prepared for electric charging stations. The residential part is complemented by 19 retail units of more than 3,000 sqm and 1 office building of 2,360 sqm including 28 parking spaces. The project is planned to complete the first stage and continue in 2 other stages.
