The second phase of the AFI Home Kolbenova project in Vysočany in Prague developed by AFI Europe has reached 50% occupancy. The project is offering 327 residential units for long-term rentals.

Most apartments have a loggia or balcony, larger units can have two outdoor spaces. Residents can use 24-hour reception and the services of a property. AFI Home Kolbenova 2 includes parking spaces and spacious cellars. The project was created as part of the rapidly developing mixed-use district AFI City.

"Since the completion of the project, we have rented over 160 housing units. The tenants have access to civic amenities and services close to home. For example, we recently opened a self-service laundry in the AFI Home Kolbenova residential area. We will also soon open co-working spaces in the neighbouring office building AFI Cit”, says Elena Pisotchi, Rental Housing Manager at AFI Europe.

AFI Europe under the AFI Home brand operates almost 900 apartments. AFI Home Třebešín has maintained 100% occupancy since its completion in 2022, similarly to AFI Home Karlín. The first phase of AFI Home Kolbenova has already reached approximately 90% occupancy and is expected to be fully rented in the coming weeks.
