Rădăcini Estate, the real estate division of Rădăcini Grup, is set to develop a modern retail park in the Chitila area. This project, a partnership with general contractor ImoSteel, represents an investment of nearly €8 million.

The development will offer approximately 6,800 sqm of leasable area and is slated for completion by Q4 2025. It will feature around 10 retail units, with two specifically dedicated to food establishments like restaurants and cafes.

Filip Todosia, Development Manager at Rădăcini Estate, stated: "Chitila Plazza is designed with respect for local identity—a city where urban development hasn't been marred by chaotic densification. By applying sustainable architectural principles, we aim to help preserve the community's tranquil character while providing modern and useful facilities for residents."

This new project aligns with Rădăcini Estate's strategy to diversify its real estate portfolio and strengthen its presence in Bucharest's peri-urban area.

This format is recognized for its high operational efficiency and increased appeal to tenants in sectors such as groceries, services, fitness, beauty, and fashion.
