Romanian Prima Development Group will invest around €40 million in Green Residence, a new residential project in Oradea comprising over 800 apartments.
The new project is a continuation of Prima Nufărul, another residential complex developed in Oradea. Together with the Green Residence complex, the two projects will total more than 1,600 apartments.
The first 200 apartments are slated for delivery at the start of 2023 and 150 more towards the end of the same year. Meanwhile, the whole complex will be completed by 2025.
Green Residence will include 800 parking spots, electric charging stations, over 4,000 sqm of green spaces and a kindergarten with nursery.
Andrei Moanță, CEO of Prima Development Group, said that Prima Nufărul and Green Residence will become the biggest residential complex in Oradea.
Prima Development Group has delivered over 3,000 apartments in Oradea to date and has also delivered two residential projects in Bucharest.
