Pedro Construct, one of the largest construction companies in Romania, led by businessman Petre Niculae, is developing - together with his associate Florin Ababe - a new residential assembly in the north of the capital, Jolie Village. The investment in the project is estimated at €21 million and for €12 million, the company has obtained financing through Libra Bank.

On an 8,000 sqm plot of land, located in the Iancu Nicolae area, the construction of Jolie Village started in the autumn of this year and will have 140 new premium apartments, with a maximum height of GF + 3, and the completion date of the entire residential assembly is expected for the end of 2023. Apartment prices start at €150,000 and the surfaces range from 60 to 400 sqm. The design part of the project will be handled by Vox Design's Eduard Năstăsoiu.

"We have been working on this project for a long time and are more than happy with the finished product, Jolie Village is a development with premium housing standards. With high-quality finishes, underfloor heating, aluminium carpentry, a swimming pool and green spaces in a total area of about 5,000 sqm, we have several types of apartments, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, apartments with gardens, but also some penthouses", says Florin Ababe, Jolie Village developer.

"The northern area of the Capital has become extremely popular with parents who choose to invest in quality education for their children, because most of the renowned schools, international and local, are located here. That's why we consider Jolie Village to be a community of a high quality that you are proud to be part of, in addition to the fact that the level of housing will be premium", explains Lucia Niculae, Business Development Director, Pedro Construct.

Jolie Village is the first residential project developed between Petre Niculae and Florin Ababe, which Lucia Niculae will manage from this new position of Business Development Director, together with Florin Ababe.
