P3 Logistic Parks recorded in Romania industrial lease deals with a combined surface of more than 170,000 sqm during 2023 in P3 Bucharest A1 industrial park, with occupancy rates driven by retail and logistics companies.

Of the total leased space, over 150,000 sqm were transactions with long-term partnerships and 20,000 sqm were from short-term partnerships. Among the long-term partnerships, 77% of the area were prolongations of existing contracts, 25% extensions of leased space within the park, and 5% were new tenants.

“The addition of a new sector to our tenant portfolio, focused on light production speaks of the park’s sector-leading electrical capacity of 50MW, which represents a distinct advantage. The plan for 2024 is to focus on maximising our existing portfolio, advancing our ESG strategy, and continuing to provide excellent customer service," said Cristina Pop, Head of Asset Management at P3 Romania.

Across Europe, P3 has about 8.5 million sqm under management and land for new developments with a potential leasable area of 2 million sqm.
