Orbis has opened a new Ibis Styles hotel in the northern area of Bucharest. The hotel features a restaurant, a conference room, a business lounge and a bar, in addition to 80 guest rooms. The property was rebranded from Hotel Erbas.
Orbis operates four Ibis hotels in Romania. The Polish hotel group opened its first Romanian Ibis Styles hotel earlier this year in Arad.
The group will open the first Ibis hotel in Timisoara in Q4 2020. The hotel will be developed together with a local partner, Hotel Development. The two companies signed a management deal for an initial period of 15 years. The centrally located hotel will have 200 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar, a lounge and conference rooms.
