The first building of the Nowa Strzegomska complex in Wrocław has received the BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating. The redevelopment of Wrocław Business Park in Strzegomska Street will see the existing buildings replaced by five class A office buildings with an area of 10,000-15,000 sqm each. Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for Nowa Strzegomska.

Nowa Strzegomska is a complex of class A office buildings located close to the centre of Wrocław, the capital of the Lower Silesia province. It will consist of five self-contained buildings with underground and aboveground car parks and a combined area of around 45,000-65,000 sqm at full build-out. The project embraces sustainability features - the first building of the new complex has been BREEAM Excellent certified.

The complex of Nowa Strzegomska office buildings boasts a good location and easy access to the Wrocław Inner City Ring Road and the city centre. The well-developed transport infrastructure allows for convenient connections to all parts of the city by both car and public transport (fast trams).

“Cushman & Wakefield support the owner in the commercialization of Nowa Strzegomska. We are confident that the prime location of the complex, the high quality of finishes, advanced architectural and technological solutions, confirmed by the BREEAM certificate for the first phase of the project, and numerous amenities for a better working environment will encourage more tenants to choose Nowa Strzegomska,” says Marcin Siewierski, Associate, Regional Head Western Poland, Office Department, Cushman & Wakefield.

Devco Sp. z o.o. is a property developer and manager with operations in the Polish market since 1997. Its asset portfolio includes its own office complexes Strzegomska Park and Wołowska Park, and “Wall ST.House” apartments - all located in Wrocław.
