Zenit Corso, a new community center in Budapest's Zuglo district, is scheduled to open its doors on October 16. Located behind Bosnyak Square, the development functions not only as a shopping centre but also as a modern urban promenade, featuring stores from numerous well-known brands.

The investment was realised on an area of more than 6.7 hectares behind Bosnyak Square, and according to the developers' intentions, it will become the new centre of the district. With the opening brought forward from the originally planned fourth quarter of 2025, the facility can welcome visitors earlier.

The shopping centre has approximately 11,000 sqm of rentable retail space and is located in the centre of Budapest's fourth most populous district, with more than 118,000 residents. There was significant interest in the rentable areas, with 85% already finding tenants by spring this year.

The ground floor houses smaller service providers and terrace restaurants, while the first floor accommodates larger stores. The development's specialty is that it was realized not as a traditional covered mall, but as a hybrid of a street-mall and shopping center.

Among the stores, well-known brands can be found such as Aldi, Barber Shop Budapest, Bortarsasag, Libri, Flying Tiger, Pepco, OTP, Kik, K&H, Sinsay and Rossmann.

The complex includes 530 parking spaces on two levels.
