As of 28 June, Samuel Šporka, Head of Leasing at JLL Bratislava branch has become a new member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. With over 130,000 qualified and trainee professionals, RICS promotes and enforces the highest international standards across the built and natural environment. 


As Head of Leasing, Samuel manages a team of seven professionals which in the last 18 months helped landlords and tenants to lease more than 120,000 sqm of warehouses and industrial space in Slovakia and secured the largest office leasing transaction in recent years in Bratislava. JLL Slovak leasing teams work with key international and local companies such as Coca Cola, LPP, DSV, Lenovo, SAP and others.

Samuel has over 11 years of experience in the Slovak real estate market. He specializes in the advising tenants and landlords in terms of leasing, acquisition, disposal and development of their commercial real estates. As Head of Leasing, Samuel holds overall responsibility for building and maintaining strong commercial real estate business with existing and new clients in Slovakia. Samuel joined JLL in 2013 and after very successful 2 year period at the Office & Tenant Representation department, he agreed to undertake a great challenge as Head of Industrial Agency to lead one of the key businesses within JLL Slovakia. His whole career Samuel focused on commercial real estate markets and participated in numbers of significant transactions. Before his employment at JLL, Samuel worked as a real estate broker at Realitné Centrum with responsibility for foreign clients and their investment portfolio in Bratislava. He holds a Doctor degree from the Law Faculty of Trnava University (business and civil law).

New leases

  • MLP Group has bolstered the tenant mix at MLP Poznań West by welcoming Stockly, a 3D printing specialist. The company has leased 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space, with operations already underway via early access. A full handover is expected in December 2026. Stockly was represented by Rock Estate during the transaction.
  • Echo Investment has signed a lease agreement with Auchan Polska for 1,200 sqm of retail space within Fuzja, a flagship multifunctional complex in Łódź. The retailer is scheduled to open the outlet during the summer of 2026.
  • Froo Romania, a subsidiary of the Żabka Group, has relocated its HQ to the Bucharest-based Hermes Business Campus. The retailer secured around 2,900 sqm of office space in a transaction facilitated by Colliers.

New appointments

  • Aleksandra Walaszek and Tomasz Nowakowski have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Agency. Walaszek has more than 10 years of experience in the retail sector. Nowakowski is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic leasing and retail property transaction management.
  • iO Partners has appointed Constantin Banu as Business Development Director for its Industrial and Land segments. With over 25 years of experience in the Romanian real estate sector, Banu is widely credited with helping shape the local logistics market. In his new role, he will oversee expansion strategies for the two segments.
  • Avison Young has promoted Bartłomiej Krzyżak and Marcin Purgal to the roles of Co-Heads of the Investment Department in Poland. Krzyżak, previously Senior Director, brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience, having joined Avison Young in 2017. Purgal, also a former Senior Director and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), transitions into the co-head role with 23 years of experience in the CEE commercial markets.
