Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed on an exclusive basis to sell the Zepter Business Center, an office building at ul. Domaniewskia 37 in Warsaw.


The Zepter Business Center is an 8-storey-tall office building with 13,000 sqm of leasable space. The building also offers the total of 169 parking spaces. It features a unique and instantly recognisable design and an attractive location in the business part of the Mokotów District. The Zepter Business Centre was designed by a Cyprus-based company ZINOSCO in collaboration with a Polish architectural firm GADER. Zbigniew Garbowski and Zoran Simić are the authors of the design.
 
“The Zepter Business Center or the ship, as it is commonly known, is an office building boasting an attractive design, located right in the heart of the business part of Służewiec. Besides the excellent location in terms of communications, the building also offers a high standard of interior finishing. The project is an interesting investment opportunity with good value-added prospects,” said Michał Wachowicz, Consultant with Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield.
