Marvipol S.A. entered into a preliminary agreement for the sale of Prosta Tower office building in Warsaw. The buyer is an international fund. The seller was represented by Colliers International.


The subject of the contract is perpetual usufruct together with ownership of the building erected on it, movables and all rights relating to real estate.
 
“The sale of Prosta Tower underlines the continued confidence in the Warsaw office market from institutional investors, as well as the growing interest in boutique office buildings, which, in addition to exceptional design offer high quality lease space” said Piotr Mirowski, Partner at Colliers International, Head of Investment Services Poland.
 
The final sale agreement is to be concluded at the latest by the 24th of January 2017. It will specify the final net purchase price.
 
Prosta Tower is a Class A+ office building, located at Prosta Street in Warsaw's Central Business Districct. Completed in 2011, it offers 6,080 sqm of leasable space.
