
M Core is expanding its Romanian portfolio with a new retail development located in Bucharest.
The project is situated at Prelungirea Ghencea, an area identified by the company as one with significant growth potential. Construction is set to begin in 2026, with the official opening planned for 2027.
The future M Park will have a total built-up area of around 14,400 sqm and will host a mix of local and international brands, catering to the daily needs of residents..

The development is designed to incorporate sustainable features, including green technologies, electric vehicle charging stations, and efficient construction measures.
