LPP, the biggest clothes manufacturing company in Central and Eastern Europe and owner of the Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp, and Sinsay brands, is implementing Singu FM, a facility and maintenance management software from Velis Real Estate Tech. The system will be deployed across the LPP’s brand sales network of over 1,600 stores in 20 countries.

“At LPP, we focus on the constant expansion of our retail space. As a leader in the use of new technologies, we also want to be the best in the operations management field, which is possible thanks to the use of appropriate PropTech solutions,” said Błażej Biernacki, Stores Maintenance and Operation Manager, LPP. “Because the sales network of LPP’s brands is large and dispersed across many countries, we needed software that can standardize and improve our everyday processes. For our management board and real estate team, one of the core values of Singu FM implementation is that gathered data in the system enables us to see our operations from a big picture perspective. The software has already been implemented and configured in over 1,000 stores in just three months. This rapid implementation is the result of effective cooperation between the teams of both companies.”

LPP decided to implement Singu FM software for facility and maintenance management in over 1,600 stores in 20 countries for example the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania. The system enables the company to establish facilities benchmarking, standardization, and automation of processes as well as instant communication between managers, subcontractors, and employees of stores. The software supports planned cost management, central reporting, and other property-related processes. One of the objectives of Singu FM implementation is also to reinforce LPP in the ESG activities, i.e., environmental (E), social (S), and governance (G).

”Velis Real Estate Tech is focused on further development and global expansion, and it is consistently following this path, which is confirmed by the cooperation with such market leaders as LPP.” highlighted Adam Penkala, Board Member, Head of Marketing and Global Expansion Department at Velis Real Estate Tech. ”An important part of the real estate portfolio in which we implement our own Singu software are retail chain stores. Acquiring such projects shows that our technology works well in them and provides great value to the real estate managers as well as employees of stores.”
