LCP Properties has finalised the purchase of two retail projects to be built in Łochów and Iława, as well as an existing retail park in Ząbkowice Śląskie.

"We are starting 2023 on a strong note, which is a confirmation of our investment appetite. We are still interested in acquiring retail park-like projects. We continue to look for opportunities to invest in type properties. Among other things, our forces are focused on expanding our portfolio of small business unit (SBU) space, which we are developing in Gdansk, Bydgoszcz and Zabrze. In 2022, the value of our assets exceeded €460 million, and we are targeting to reach €1 billion in the coming years," comments Krystian Modrzejewski, Group Operations Director, LCP Properties.

"The retail park in Łochów is under construction, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of this year. The project will be built at the intersection of Wolności Street and Aleja Pokoju Street, surrounded by single-family and commercial buildings. The space of more than 2,600 sqm will feature stores from 10 tenants. Among them will be Dealz, Pepco, Stokrotka, Rossmann. The remaining agreements are being finalized and we will be able to announce them soon," says Justyna Malysko, Senior Leasing Manager, LCP Properties.

The building will have a parking lot with 60 parking spaces.

Another purchased project under construction is a retail park in Ilawa. The project is being developed on Wojska Polskiego Street in an excellent location right next to the Iława Główna train station and public transportation stops. The retail park will have 5,800 sqm of leasable area. Among the tenants will be such brands as Pepco, KiK, Stokrotka, Smyk, Sinsay and the Hipper construction market.

The third facility, acquired in recent transactions, is an existing retail park in Ząbkowice Śląskie. The facility offers nearly 9.8 thousand sqm of leasable space. Stores of 16 tenants have spread out in this space, including Smyk, Deichmann, Action, Tedi, Media Expert, Pepco, Sinsay, Rossmann, KS Sport, Martes Sport, Mrówka and Biedronka. The parking lot accommodates 320 cars. LCP Properties Group bought the property from P.A. Nova after a short and effective project analysis process.
