LCP has signed a purchase contract for a retail park in Rawa Mazowiecka, located between Warsaw and Łódź. It offers over 2,700 sqm of GLA and 45 parking spaces. The size of the entire plot is over 5,200 sqm. Among the tenants are Kik, Dealz, Martes Sport and CCC.

“The purchased retail park fits perfectly into our company's purchasing strategy. We are actively looking for new commercial projects, as well as plots for retail and warehouse (SBUs)," says Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Acquisitions Director at LCP Properties.

The selling party was Green Hill Investment, which also cooperates with LCP on another project in Rawa Mazowiecka.

“The sale of the facility in Rawa Mazowiecka is another success for us and a confirmation that Green Hills Investment is going in the right, development-oriented direction. The projects we implement are popular both among tenants and entities interested in their purchase. The transaction in question in Rawa Mazowiecka is a continuation of the fruitful and long-term cooperation with LCP and allows for the implementation of further attractive projects," comments Sebastian Sypniewski, Member of the Management Board of Green Hills Investment.

"Our plans are quite ambitious, we have €200 million to invest by the end of 2022 and we are willing to cooperate with developers and plot owners. We are alos open to various forms of cooperation: purchase of existing real estate, or joint implementation of projects, as well as purchase of land for investments. Our advantage is flexibility and fast transaction execution," adds Krystian Modrzejewski, Group Operations Director, LCP Properties.
