The LCP Group has just finalised the purchase of another 3 Polish retail parks in Bytom, Góra Kalwaria and Plewiska near Poznań.

Plewiska Retail Park is located on Grunwaldzka Street, the main street of the city, in the south-eastern part of the Poznań agglomeration. Numerous service points located in the area and the immediate vicinity of housing estates, along with nearby shops, Stokrotka and Lidl, offer convenient shopping conditions for city residents. The facility was commissioned in 2020 and offers over 1,440 sq m. GLA surface. The tenants are: KiK, Pepco and Rossman.

Another retail park is a project in Bytom, located at Felińskiego Street. It is located in an area that is currently experiencing a dynamic development of residential infrastructure. As a result, the convenient shopping centre records a constant increase in interest, which allows tenants to look with satisfaction at the upcoming holiday season. The park offers 1,653 sqm. GLA space for its customers. The tenants of the park are: Pepco, Rossmann and the Stokrotka grocery store.

The third retail park is the facility in Góra Kalwaria at Wyszyńskiego Street. This is an investment that will be located at the main entrance to the city from Konstancin-Jeziorna and Warsaw.

This newly built retail park will be developed in the vicinity of emerging multi-family houses. It will be the first facility of this type located at the entrance to the city in the vicinity of the Lidl store. By the end of 2021, the opening of Biedronka is planned, Pepco and Rossmann are announcing the opening of their stores in the first quarter of 2022. The service and retail complex will offer over 2,000 sq m. of the lease area and 65 parking spaces at the disposal of customers.

Recent transactions are characterized by their very good location in towns and the ongoing dynamic development of residential development in their vicinity. They are an excellent investment of the group, which by purchasing such projects, constantly ensures that investments in selected properties effectively work for their investors

„We are pleased that commercial projects with such potential have joined our portfolio. In the purchased properties, we see a long-term investment, in line with the fund's strategy", says Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Aquisition Director at LCP Properties.
