LCP Properties has recently opened two M Park retail parks. The projects in Rawa Mazowiecka and Lubawa have joined the investment group's property portfolio.

M Park in Lubawa, a city located in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, is a retail park situated at the junction of Toruńska, Grunwaldzka and Borek streets in the vicinity of the IKEA furniture factory. The building has a car park for more than 140 cars on-site and its tenants consist of the following brands: a nationwide chain of electro-markets - Media Expert, sports shop Martes Sport, Rossmann, household goods shop TEDI and British supermarket Dealz. In the coming days, a LIDL grocery shop will open in the immediate vicinity, which will complete the offer of the entire Retail Park.  M Park was opened to local people on the 29th of September.

"We are delighted to have another M Park in a city that has not previously had such a facility. We believe that this allows us to make such brands available to the customers which had to travel many kilometres to visit not so long ago. Despite the difficult times, these types of developments are the core of our investments, which we plan to continue to pursue dynamically. This is demonstrated by the recent openings of our Retail Parks in other cities as well", says Krystian Modrzejewski, Group Operations Director at LCP Properties Poland.

Another Retail Park of the LCP group is M Park in Rawa Mazowiecka. Its official opening took place on the 1st of September with was the start of the new school year. The facility was built in close proximity to a large housing compound and its offer is complementary to that offered by the surrounding shops. The project offers almost 4,000 sq m of GLA and the main tenants are: Media Expert, Pepco, KS Sport and Tedi. A Lidl convenience shop has opened right next door and Bricomarche offers its DIY service in the immediate area. A car park for more than 100 cars remains available to tenants. The Retail Park is located at 8 Targowa street, which can be easily reached from the nearby S8 highway in just a few minutes.

"We are pleased to have opened another M Park project in Rawa Mazowiecka. This is our second investment in the city, which reflects both the potential of the city itself, which is very well recognised by large retail network brands, and the satisfaction of local residents. We have successfully acquired such tenants for the retail park, whose offer should also please the more demanding customers", comments Justyna Małysko, Senior Leasing Manager at LCP Properties Poland.
