LS Cable, a Korean manufacturing company, has decided to launch its division in Dzierżoniów - in the region of Lower Silesia. The facility will be established within an existing object offering 10,000 sqm. Experts from JLL represented LS Cable in the processes of seeking the appropriate property and negotiating purchase conditions.
The most decisive factors for selection included the building's location and its technical parameters.
“LS Cable was looking for an existing warehouse-manufacturing project located in South-Western Poland, in close proximity to the company’s client - LG Chem plant located in nearby Wrocław. The best solution was the purchase of an existing property in Dzierżoniów, which perfectly met both the commercial and technical requirements of LS Cable”, comments Konrad Lewiński, Consultant, Industrial Department, JLL
LS Cable & System will launch its car battery sub-assembly manufacturing plant in Dzierżoniów in 2019.
