Karimpol International is building Vydrovka Office Center in Pobřežní Street in Karlín in Prague 8, with the project name referring to the first half of the 20th century, when a retail company Vydra & Bohuslav used to have its factory and a warehouse on the site.
Upon its completion, scheduled for the end of 2027, the project will offer 6,623 sqm of GLA. The development designed by Pata & Frydecký Architects will meet the criteria of BREEAM Excellent, EU taxonomy and international ESG concepts. The tenants will have 450 sqm of outdoor terraces on four floors.
The project has very good accessibility both by public transport (metro and trams, Florenc station) and by car. Vydrovka will offer 96 underground parking spaces, including charging stations for electric cars and facilities for cyclists.
Karimpol International has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1991. The company focusing on office development has contributed to the revitalisation of two districts in the wider centre of Prague: Smíchov (Anděl Park project) and Karlín (Zirkon, Rubín, Diamond Point and Rohan projects). Besides the Czech Republic, Karimpol International has been active in other CEE markets: Poland, Austria and Slovakia.
