JLL announced the appointment of Andrew Peirson as Managing Director of its Czech Republic business effective January 1st, 2021. Based in Prague, Peirson will lead the senior management team, supporting and growing the various business lines in leasing, sales, investments, consulting and strategic advisory. As part of the CEE leadership team, he will help navigate the evolving business environment in this prospering and rapidly growing region and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients.


He brings more than 15 years of deep real estate experience in Central and South-Eastern Europe, as well as four years in the UK.  Peirson joins from CBRE where he served as Managing Director for South-Eastern Europe. Prior to this, he held Managing Director positions at JLL in Belgrade, Bucharest and Zagreb, and spent three years in Prague managing the office agency team at King Sturge before it merged with JLL in 2011.

During his time in Central and South-Eastern Europe Peirson advised key occupiers and investors across multiple markets. He has been involved in transactions in SEE over the past 5 years with a total volume exceeding €1 billion.
