Property Forum’s next virtual event will take a closer look at the immediate and long-term effects of the coronavirus lockdown of real estate financing in CEE. Hear the economic outlook of Commerzbank’s Senior EM Strategist and listen to the discussion of influential bankers. Hannes Wimmer has worked in various positions in the industry including origination as well as restructuring, accumulating a 20 years’ experience in the field. Erste Group Commercial Real Estate is the specialist of Erste Group for real estate financing, investment, asset management, real estate development and technical advisory in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe. In total across the region, Erste Group manages a commercial real estate portfolio of more than €13 billion with an annual deal flow of more than €2.5 billion.

His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
