NEPI Rockcastle announced that, through its subsidiary NRP Shopping Centre Project Two s.r.o., it has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in MLYNY, a.s., being the owner of Galeria Mlyny shopping centre in the city of Nitra in Slovakia from a group of local investors. The aggregate purchase price for Galeria Mlyny was €121.8 million.

Colliers International Romania advised on the sale of Maestro Business Center office building in Cluj-Napoca, one of Romania’s most important regional cities. The acquisition made by First Property Group, a UK investment fund, favors the opening of a new investment market in Cluj-Napoca.

Real estate advisors Colliers International and law firm Schoultz & Partners represented Avestus Real Estate while Golden Star Group was represented by Havel & Partners in this transaction.

Revetas, a specialist real estate investment manager focusing on the CEE region, together with funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, announced it has acquired TriGranit from TPG Real Estate, the real estate platform of global alternative asset firm TPG. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Immofinanz has sold two plots of land managed by Adama, a developer part of theImmofinanz group, to Speedwell Real Estate Development. The buyer plans to expand its residential and office development portfolio in the northern part of Bucharest. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
