Romanian property group Impact Developer & Contractor has announced the appointment of Richard Dan-Sebastian Câmpeanu as interim General Manager starting June 1 following a decision of the Board of Directors. He will replace Constantin Sebeșanu, who will complete a 3-year stint at the helm of the company.


At the same time, Jean-Claudiu Bistriceanu has been named CFO, replacing Sorin Apostol, who will remain as Member of the Board of Directors.

“During my mandate the company continued its nationwide expansion, strengthened its Corporate Governance systems, adopted, and implemented the ESG framework and vertically integrated with construction, architecture, and related services companies Impact showed resilience and finalized over 1200 housing units, significant infrastructure works in its residential complexes, as well as Greenfield Plaza next to the group’s new headquarters, which is a benchmark of community service for a sustainable community,” said the outgoing CEO in a statement.

The company said these changes aim to maximise synergies between all companies in Impact Group.

Shares in Impact Developer & Contractor was up 2.53% to 0.24 lei on Monday closing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
