A record volume of boutique office space will be delivered in Bucharest by the end of this year, according to ESOP Romania’s press release.
By the end of 2018, eight boutique office buildings in premium locations with a total area of 31,949 sqm will be available on the office market in Bucharest. The floor area of these boutique office buildings ranges from 1,547 sqm to 7,500 sqm.
Tenants who have recently moved to boutique offices include German cosmetics retailer Douglas, credit card company Visa, the Norwegian Embassy, global management consulting firm AT Kearney, energy Total and news agency Mediafax.
