Hercesa Romania has announced that the launch of the last block from Vivenda Residencias, where sales recently started, marks the final stage of the project launched in 2007, which will reach 1,400 apartments in total.
This final building represents not only the completion of Vivenda Residencias but also a bridge toward the next phase, represented by Vivenda Prime, a project with 105 premium apartments where construction began recently and is already 25% sold.
"In a market context marked by challenges, from limited access to bank financing to rising construction costs and labour shortages, we observe an evolution of residential projects," said Romeo Ghica, Operations Manager of Hercesa Romania. "Potential buyers are more cautious, yet interest in well-built, energy-efficient and strategically located homes remains constant. By developing multiple projects simultaneously, we adapt to current market conditions and anticipate the direction in which demand is heading."
Block E consists of 173 apartments launched for sale in two phases. In the first stage, 76 two-room apartments are available with areas ranging from 46 to 86 sqm. The building will feature centralised heating systems connected to underfloor heating installations, underground parking spaces, and green areas exclusively for residents.
The launch marks the completion of Vivenda Residencias, a project initiated 19 years ago on a former industrial site in eastern Bucharest, transformed by Hercesa into a modern urban community. This stage represents the transition toward Vivenda Prime, targeting the premium residential market segment with 105 three- and four-room apartments featuring facilities including a private pool, extensive green areas, heat pump systems and multifunctional spaces for residents.
