HB Reavis has secured a €162 million loan from a consortium of four banks – Santander Bank Polska, Bank Pekao S.A., PKO Bank Polski S.A. and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. – for the construction of its 78,000 sqm Forrest office campus in Warsaw.
Construction of the Forest campus located near the Arkadia shopping centre has been in progress since June 2019. This is one of the largest office projects currently under construction in Europe and one of the greenest in Poland. Completion of the first stage of the project is planned by the end of 2020. The tower will be put into use by the end of 2021.
