Local developer Haberl Real Estate announced a new residential project, Green Atrium in Bratislava’s Ružinov district. The project consists of 3 blocks and an inner block. It will provide 83 residential units, underground parking and up to 1,500 sqm of greenery located in the courtyard and on the roofs of buildings. Start of construction is expected to take place in Q3 2022, while completion is scheduled for 2025.
The total land area of the project is 3,819 sqm and the built-up area is 2,047 sqm. Up to 90% of it will be covered by green roofs and gardens. With sustainability in mind, the project will also feature bike storage rooms and electric charging stations for cars.
Additionally, Green Atrium will use a state-of-the-art heating and cooling technology, with the help of groundwater. Thanks to the heat pumps, clients are independent of heat or cold suppliers.
