Granit Polus is about to transform the most valuable plot of land in Budapest by a large-scale mixed-use development. The new district will host office buildings, retail units, residential areas and hotels.

Granit Polus plans the development of a 320,000 – 450,000 sqm district on the 94,000 sqm plot of land neighbouring WestEnd City Center. The project will be designed by the latest ‘smart city’ concepts, the area will also include a huge park of nearly 2 hectares, where services, hospitality and entertainment will be presented so that the requirements of the Millennials and all users are met and exceeded.

The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for the last quarter of 2018.

"The excellent location and accessibility are highly appreciated in the real estate developments and we intend to capitalize on such advantages. We also put an emphasis, even from the pre-development phase, on a sustainable, environmental-friendly approach. It is our privilege to be able to create a new standard for the mixed-use development in the local and regional real estate development market after setting the grounds for WestEnd City Center 2 decades ago.” said Gyula Ágházi, CEO of Granit Polus.
