French company Groupama Gan REIM, on behalf of the SCPI Affinités Pierre, has acquired the Green Court Office complex on Budapest's Váci Road from Codic Hungary. The complex, comprising two buildings, offers 20,181 sqm of office space.
Leased to eight international tenants, including Diageo Group on the basis of a firm 11-year lease, the complex, delivered in early 2022, is BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.
The investment of approximately €77.1 million (excluding duties) reflects the commitment and desire of the SCPI Affinités Pierre to continue to position itself as an investor of new or restructured buildings that are designed with the environment in mind.
