Forte Partners buys Bucharest land plot

Romanian developer Forte Partners has acquired a 9,300 sqm land plot of on Expozitiei Boulevard in Northern Bucharest, Ziarul Financiar reported.

The seller was UniCredit Bank and the value of the transaction is estimated at € 5 million.

The developer plans to build an office project on that land.
