First Property Group unveiled its development plans at the Krakow Business Park (KBP) in Zabierzow, Krakow, which are focused on improving and repositioning the park to drive visitors and investment to it and the local area. This follows First Property Group’s acquisition of the park’s principal operating companies and the agreement of heads of terms for their refinancing with Pekao Bank SA.

The initiatives afoot to improve the park include the development of a new car park with 520 spaces, the building of a volleyball court and associated parkland, the introduction of a kindergarten, upgrading the reception areas of each of the office building, improving catering facilities on site, introducing additional retail facilities and improving the internal fit-outs of the buildings.

In addition, discussions are underway to increase the frequency of train and bus services to and from the park.

Leasing agent Nuvalu has been appointed to lease up the vacant space.

First Property CEO, Ben Habib, commented: “We are thrilled that we are now able to proceed with the plans we have for Krakow Business Park. The initiatives we are taking will greatly benefit the park and make it a very attractive choice for tenants.”
