UDI Group has announced the completion of the second stage of the Ursus Classic residential project in the western part of the Polish metropolis.
The Ursus Classic project is developed in a location with a rich industrial history related to the Ursus factory, known for the production of tractors. The project included the reconstruction of the heritage-protected entrance building, and work is still ongoing on the renovation of the extensive park. In the vicinity, there is a shopping centre, restaurants, services and a train station with a direct connection to the centre of Warsaw in 20 minutes.
272 housing units were newly created, supplementing the already completed first stage of the project. After final completion, it will offer 960 apartments in seven buildings.
UDI Group is currently preparing a tender for the general construction contractor for the next stages of the Ursus Classic project. At the same time, the group is actively looking for new investment opportunities in Poland and other European and overseas countries. „Poland is one of the countries where we have been building residential projects for a long time. Our home country is the Czech Republic, but UDI Group's strategy is based on diversification - in addition to the Czech Republic and Poland, we also operate in Serbia, Hungary, Panama and Costa Rica. We can respond flexibly to the development of individual markets," says Jan Chromeček, CEO at UDI Group.
