Marian Fridrich joins Cushman & Wakefield as Partner and Deputy Head of Slovakia. From next year, he will be responsible for the overall business development and management of the Capital Markets Group department at Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia.
Marian has many years of experience in commercial real estate. Marian joins Cushman & Wakefield from IAD Investments, where he was of Head of Transactions and was responsible for sales and acquisitions of commercial properties in the CEE region and was a member of the Board of Directors of Laugaricio in Trencin. Prior to that, Marian worked in real estate financing at Tatra Banka. He started his real estate career in leasing at Cushman & Wakefield.
Marian is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
