Industrial developer CTP has appointed Andrei Brînzea as Business Development Director in Romania as part of its growth strategy in the country.
He has more than 20 years’ worth of experience in the real estate sector and has previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
“As our business in Romania grows, so too does our company. In his new role, Andrei will be responsible for the business development and leasing team in Romania, which he will further extend to provide even better services to CTPs tenants, and also to initiate new projects and continue to develop properties within the many CTP developments throughout Romania,” said Remon Vos, CEO of CTP.
In his new role, Brînzea will work closely with Vos and the Romanian management team comprising Eleonora Amăriuței (CFO) and Cătălin Pană (Construction Director).
CTP has 100 employees in Romania, split in seven regional teams throughout the country. The company has invested more than €1.5 billion in Romania and has reached a total stock of around 2.6 million sqm, with another 200,000 sqm under construction.
