CTP has signed a lease for 24,400 sqm at CTPark Bucharest South with Romstal, a distributor of construction installation equipment. The space forms part of a 54,000 sqm facility within the park and will support Romstal's logistics and distribution operations across Romania and the wider CEE region. Romstal's product portfolio spans thermo, hydro, sanitary, electrical and ceramic categories, serving customers in the construction and installation sectors.
CTPark Bucharest South is situated between Bucharest's ring road and the A0 motorway, providing direct access to key national and international transport routes, including the A2 motorway towards Constanța, Romania's largest Black Sea port. The park offers modern, scalable space for logistics, distribution and light industrial occupiers, with room for expansion as operational requirements grow.
"Romstal's decision to take space at CTPark Bucharest South reflects the continued demand we are seeing from established distributors for modern, scalable and well-connected logistics space around Bucharest," said Ronald Binkofski, MD of CTP Romania. "As companies look to consolidate operations, improve delivery times and build more resilient supply chains, access to high-quality space in strategic locations is more important than ever."
The deal adds to CTP's presence in Romania, where the company holds more than 3.2 million sqm of logistics and industrial space across Bucharest, Timișoara, Brașov, Sibiu, Craiova and Arad. Romania forms part of CTP's 14.8 million sqm European portfolio spanning 12 countries, with 2.0 million sqm currently under construction. Since April 2026, CTP has signed more than 100,000 sqm of leases across Romania, while the wider business recorded nearly 1.6 million sqm of leases in H1 2026.
