CTP is on a good track to deliver more than 100,000 sqm premium category industrial space on the Budapest market in the next 12 months.

CTP is keeping pace with customer demand in the Budapest area. In the logistics sector, there is a continually increasing demand for modern industrial space in strategic locations and Budapest is definitely one of the European hotspots. Thanks to the ongoing influx of FDI into production facilities, there is no lack of demand from suppliers who require leasable space. And CTP is on track to deliver more than 100,000 sqm of premium industrial space onto the Budapest market in the next 12 months.

Currently, there are many sites undergoing construction at full speed at 3 core locations around the capital. In CTPark Budapest West, 2 new buildings which are nearly fully pre-leased of more than 40,000 sqm space will be handed over to new clients in autumn this year. In Q2 2020 another Class A 30,000 m2 building in the park is expected to be handed over.

In early December this year, CTP’s Budapest portfolio will add a new building in CTPark Budapest South with more than 20,000 sqm and in CTPark Budapest East another 37,000 sqm of warehouse/production space. Projected handover is in Q2 2020 for this project.
