Property consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate has announced the appointment of Bogdan Gubanduru as Head of Investment.
He has more than 10 years’ worth of experience in real estate and has previously worked as Director in the Investment department of property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. He also held executive positions in the telecom and tech sectors, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Gubandru has assisted large real estate transactions such as the sales of America House, Floreasca Park and The Light. He also managed deals involving commercial assets sold to local investors.
Until Gubanduru’s recruitment, the investment operations of Crosspoint Real Estate were managed by Codrin Matei, the agency’s Managing Partner.
