Balance Hall, a 16,000-sqm office building with a "Very Good" BREEAM certification, has been delivered in early December 2019 on Budapest's Váci Corridor. With this new addition, the Balance Office Park office complex has grown to nearly 35,000 sqm. CPI group reported an over 75% occupancy rate upon delivery, based on already signed contracts.

With gross leasable area (GLA) of 16,000 square metres, Balance Hall office building stands in an area surrounded by a 3,000 sqm park that will be expanded by additional sport and recreational facilities.

Environmental awareness was in the focus of technical solutions. The applied technologies reduce the energy needed for the operation of the building. Tenants can track electricity and water usage real-time, heating and cooling can be adjusted per zone, and lighting can be adjusted in accordance with the intensity of sunlight. Information about the operation of the building is put on large displays at the entrance and can also be accessed remotely.
