
CPI Hungary has kicked off the development of a new Stop Shop retail park in Salgótarján, which will be slated for delivery in Q1 2027.
The project built by KÉSZ Építő and Szerelő Zrt. will feature a 7,566 sqm building, providing space for 12 retail units. The complex will also include 361 parking spaces, 82 bicycle racks, and a playground.
Gereben Mátyás, Country Manager of CPI Hungary, said, "With the opening of the new Stop Shop, we want to contribute to the further expansion of shopping opportunities available to the local community."
CPI Hungary’s portfolio includes 14 Stop Shop locations in Hungary, with a total leasable retail area of 170,000 sqm and 320 tenants. The Stop Shop network operates more than 130 retail parks across ten countries in CEE.
