WorkLounge has opened its new branch in the Telehouse building in Prague's Dejvice. The premises with an area of 1540 sqm can accommodate 220 people.
On the third floor, WorkLounge offers offices of various sizes, coworking zones, and multifunctional rooms designed for organizing events. The new branch is already 53% occupied. The Telehouse building benefits from a good location near a metro station, just a few meters from a tram stop and not far from Václav Havel Airport. The building offers a private parking lot with easy access. WorkLounge members also have access to all other network locations.
Rental prices start at CZK 8,000 without VAT (€320) per month for an office space, a shared open space office is available from CZK 6,500 without VAT (€260) per month. Several membership options are available for coworking members, for example, a daily entry for CZK 500 without VAT (€20) or monthly programs including your own desk.
WorkLounge operates a total of eight serviced centres. Of these, seven are in Prague, namely Na Příkopě, Wenceslas Square, Žižkov, Pankrác, Smíchov, Karlín Forum and the new one in Dejvice. The eighth branch is located in Cape Coral, USA. It also offers co-living services in Žižkov.
