Compa, one of Romania's largest automotive component manufacturers, announced the second phase of Arsenal Residence, a residential project in central Sibiu next to Sub Arini park. The total investment will exceed €30 million, confirming the company's strategy to diversify its portfolio and actively participate in urban development.


Arsenal Residence spans 29,702 sqm and will be developed in three phases. The first phase is completed with four buildings containing 10 apartments each. The second phase is already 30% sold and includes four buildings with 17 apartments each, plus three commercial spaces. The third phase, currently in design, will add residential areas and office buildings.

Phase II includes 68 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 rooms, including penthouses, complemented by ground-floor commercial spaces. The complex features underground and above-ground parking with lift access, and its central location provides residents quick access to schools, kindergartens, sports facilities and hospitals.

"We want to contribute to Sibiu's urban development by offering premium housing in a unique area near Sub Arini park," said Dan Băiaşu, CEO of Compa. 

Sibiu has consolidated as a regional hub of economic stability and investment attractiveness. Recent major investments include the NATO Multinational Division Southeast Command and the Sibiu-Pitești highway, which will connect the city directly to Bucharest in approximately two hours.
