Agnieszka Krzekotowska and Dorota Pacławska have been promoted to the position of Senior Partners at Colliers. The promotions increase the Senior Partner group in the company to 10 people, which in addition to Agnieszka and Dorota includes: Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Paweł Skałba, Maciej Chmielewski, Sylwia Pędzińska, Piotr Mirowski, Jonathan Cohen, Marta Machus-Burek and Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra.

Agnieszka Krzekotowska takes over as Director of the Property Management and Dorota Pacławska is now Chief Financial Officer for CEE at Colliers. The promotions strengthen Colliers' market position – enlarging the group of shareholders with Senior Partners and the new competencies they bring with them will contribute to an even more comprehensive co-creation of strategy for the entire capital group.

“Agnieszka and Dorota are outstanding experts with impressive experience, knowledge and, what is also very important in our industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, thanks to which they have built harmonious and comprehensive teams that provide support to our clients. Their commitment and professionalism are of great value to the company both in Poland and in the CEE region. I believe that the new positions will be for them a chance for interesting challenges and further professional development, which will also contribute to the development of the entire organisation,” says Monika Rajska-Wolińska, CEO of Colliers in CEE.

Agnieszka Krzekotowska has been working at Colliers since 2009, and for nearly 4 years she has been leading a team of over 90 experienced professionals managing nearly 60 properties with a total area of over 1.65 million sq m. Under her leadership, the Client Satisfaction Index (NPS) with services offered by Property Management reached an excellent level of 95%. Moreover, Agnieszka is responsible for the further development of the company in property management, including the acquisition of new projects as well as searching for technologies and solutions to expand Colliers' current range of services. She is also a member of the prestigious Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and belongs to its advisory panel in Poland.

“Our broad view of the commercial property market means that we are constantly expanding into new fields and entering new markets such as the PRS. We also focus on proactively searching for and providing technology to improve a building’s operations as well as respond to tenants' needs in terms of ESG and wellbeing. Thanks to the commitment of the entire team and the support of our colleagues at international Property Management, with whom we are developing a region-wide strategy, we have been able to double the size of our portfolio and grow the Property Management team over the last 4 years. I am looking forward to the opportunity to participate in the further development of the firm as a Senior Partner,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Senior Partner and Director of the Property Management at Colliers.

Dorota Pacławska joined Colliers 12 years ago. Currently, she is responsible for managing the finances of the capital group in Poland and co-creating its development strategy. She also supervises the work of the Legal and Compliance Department. As a business partner, she participates in the strategic decision-making process in the region, working closely with Monika Rajska-Wolińska and the wider executive leadership across the six countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. Dorota is also a certified Polish Statutory Auditor as well as a prestigious ACCA Member.

“I am honoured to be promoted to Senior Partner at the company that has shaped me as an expert in the real estate market in Poland and the CEE region. It is a great honour to be invited to join the group that influences the organisation’s path of development,” says Dorota Pacławska, Senior Partner, CFO of Colliers in CEE.
