Andrzej Gutowski, previously ESG Director of Colliers in Poland, is a proven industry expert. For over 10 years, he has been advising and coordinating the green and wellbeing certification processes of commercial properties in CEE countries. With an eye on the unique characteristics of each building and its interiors, he helps property owners and tenants reach their sustainability objectives by establishing green practices and tailoring sustainability strategies to meet the needs of businesses.  He has consulted on the certification processes of over 100 properties, including new and existing buildings and commercial interiors, through his expertise in LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and Fitwel, as well as safety systems like WELL HSR (Health-Safety Rating) and was involved in ESG reporting and strategy development processes and connected services.

In his extended role, Andrzej will be responsible for the implementation of global ESG goals in the CEE region as set out in Colliers’ global ESG approach. Colliers has been delivering against its global strategic ESG framework, Elevate the Built Environment, embedding ESG best practices across the organisation. Additionally, Andrzej will strongly focus on expanding and strengthening our competencies within our ESG teams across the region and creating a valuable service offering for clients. He will also continue developing an ESG education program for CEE employees and support the marketing and communication strategy for ESG services.

“I am pleased to extend a warm welcome to Andrzej as he assumes his new role. With his wealth of experience in sustainability consultancy, I am confident that he will make significant contributions to Colliers' efforts to enhance its environmental footprint and foster economic and social value throughout the organization on an international level”, said Monika Rajska-Wolinska, CEO, Colliers, CEE.

“Sustainability serves as the roadmap for doing what’s right, reflecting one of Colliers' core values. Assuming the role of ESG Chief Officer for CEE is both exhilarating and prestigious. I look forward to working alongside our talented and experienced regional sustainability teams as we help our clients navigate through the dynamic and complex ESG landscape, developing their businesses' resilience and adding value to assets and organisations by addressing ESG transformation opportunities”, said Andrzej Gutowski, ESG Chief Officer, Colliers, CEE.
