Colliers International was assigned by Piraeus Bank to offer property management services for the office project The Landmark, in the central area of Bucharest. With this new project, the Colliers International team strengthens its position on the office property management market, and the whole managed portfolio reaches a total of over 320,000 leasable sqm.


The Landmark comprises of three buildings located in a well known office area of Bucharest, Central Business District, between Romana Square and Victoriei Square metro stations.The gross leasable area of the three buildings reaches a total of approximately 22,000 sqm, extended on 7 floors (P+6), and the basement streches on three levels and offers over 370 parking places. The office project was delivered at the end of 2016 and now has four tenants - GTM, Wolf Theiss, Total, UiPath – that occupy 60% of the overall surface of the buildings.

Colliers International's Real Estate Management Services team will provide full property management services, from tenant relationship management, to operational monitoring, financial services and ownership reporting.

The portfolio managed by Colliers International's Real Estate Management Services team includes, besides The Landmark, office projects such as Phoenix Tower and Construdava, Art Business Center (Ponderas Academic Hospital), Hermes Business Campus, Green Court, Ethos House, Polona 68, Allianz Office Building Brasov and Stefan cel Mare Building, as well as three industrial parks in Timisoara, Brasov and Arad.

  • IF&B Mille Sapori, the importer and distributor of Italian food products in Poland, has leased 4,118 sqm in the MLP Pruszków II complex. The lease deal was brokered by Coldwell Banker Commercial.

  • BearingPoint has relocated its Bucharest office to Vastint’s Timpuri Noi Square, in a deal brokered by Griffes.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
