Red Bull has become a new tenant in the Churchill Square II office complex, which is managed by the investment group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN).
The Churchill Square office complex, part of the ČMN portfolio, has occupancy of 95% of the total leasable area of 33,000 sqm. In November 2024, ČMN completed the acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in the premium Churchill Square project and thus became its 100% owner. Its long-term tenants also include Deloitte and Fortuna.
Josef Eim, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at ČMN, commented on the market situation: "Data on occupancy and demand confirm that Prague offices continue to represent a stable investment with growth potential. However, the construction of new projects is complicated by administrative burdens and high costs."
The ČMN portfolio includes the Blox, City West C1 and C2, Wenceslas Square 62 and Crystal buildings. The office buildings Corso Karlín, Apeiron, Mezi Vodami and Aragonit are managed by the NEMO fund, founded by the investment group ČMN.
