Cerion Partners has launched as a pan-European investment firm focused on mission-critical real estate, with offices in Frankfurt and London. The firm was founded by Jorgen Verink, Sven Vollenbruch, Luca Krämling and Niklas Sahavi.
The founding team collectively brings more than 50 years of real estate experience and has been involved in transactions exceeding €20 billion, predominantly across grocery-anchored retail, food logistics and related asset classes.
Mission-critical real estate supports the supply chains and physical infrastructure behind everyday goods and services. Because demand is driven by non-discretionary consumption, these assets are positioned to benefit from resilient occupier demand, predictable income and downside protection across economic cycles.
Cerion's approach combines sector expertise with long-standing relationships intended to provide differentiated access to opportunities, strengthen underwriting and enable the team to execute complex business plans across the capital structure.
